I wanted to create something new, something non-traditional that would showcase my life's professional and personal achievements. I wanted to show more of my personality and character, more than a simple sheet of white all purpose printer paper and some bullet points can.
I came to the conclusion that a Blog-umé would be a great forum to showcase my experiences from the past and give me the ability to keep everyone updated as things develop. Unlike the traditional resumé and cover letter, which can become outdated within a single day, this Blog-umé can be accessed by any potential employer at anytime to find out about my recent activities, projects, volunteering, or employment that I have done.
